Service Description

This Jazz Class combines techniques of classical ballet with the current forms of popular dance. Jazz also has its own movement vocabulary ranging from the isolation of certain body parts to the movement of the entire body with the accents of musical rhythms. This will teach the basics in dance and get the student used to terminology and movements of dance. If you child is ready for this fun fast pace class, then now is the time! Dress Attire: Leotard, or tight fitting tank/shirt, tights, and jazz shoes. Shorts or leggings can be worn. and hair should be pulled back, preferably in a bun. Boys: fitted t-shirts or tank tops, dance leggings, sweatpants, or athletic shorts worn over tights. Jazz shoes or sneakers
