Service Description

This class introduces ballet terminology and follows a traditional ballet class format starting on posture and alignment, and continuing with stretching and strengthening exercises. It includes warm-up, basic ballet steps, center movement, simple choreography, and free dance time. Center movement and traveling steps are added as the class progresses. Dress Attire: Girls: Leotard, pink Tights and pink ballet shoes. A skirt or shorts (usually black/pink) may also be permitted. Hair should be neatly pulled back, often in a bun. Boys: Black shorts or pants, a white t-shirt, and black ballet shoes.
